Every school on Nectir has a dedicated Community Manager to support all users in their Nectir community space. Community Managers are trained and equipped to answer questions about everything from technology issues to strategies used to maximize engagement and community-building.

There are many different ways to get help quick:

Nectir Help Button in the Workspace

This is the life preserver icon located at the bottom left of the workspace.

Click on it for the support pop-up to appear.

Here you can send our team a message, search through help articles for answers, submit feature request ideas, and check operating system status.

Direct Message Your Community Manager

For 1:1 support from your school's dedicated community manager, start a direct message with @Vicky.
